
5 eggs
25 dkg caster sugar
25 dkg not fine, not coarse flour (I didn´t find the word in dictionary)
1 baking powder
1 dcl oil
1 dcl water
1 vanilla sugarcocoanuts
The caster & vanilla sugar pour in a bowl. Break the eggs, the yolks add in the sugar & froth a snow of the white of the egg. Pour oil, water & add the flour, baking powder in the bowl & mix it up. Now put the frothed snow in & mix up. Half of the stuff pour in a baking tin & put cocoa & nuts in the rest. Bake it about one hour at 189°C temperature.After the cake is baked, pour it all along with a chocolate icing.
